Shipping

 

Most products are shipped within 24-48 hours of ordering. Please note

that these products are very high quality and in high demand, so we

occasionally have items on back order. In this case, your order will be

shipped once it's back in stock.

 

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a USPS tracking number and can

expect your order within 3-7 business days via US Postal Service.

 

Returns

 

Our policy enables FREE refunds if you return to us the unused portion of

the product(s) within 30 days of purchase, or if the product(s) is damaged.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer

you a refund or exchange.

 

Send the unused or damaged products to ( ADDRESS NEEDED). Please note that

you are initially responsible for shipping costs.

 

To complete your return, please email us at admin@blueplantfarms.com. We

will send you a Return Authorization Form which asks for the reason of your

return, communicates that we will refund shipping costs once your Return

Authorization From is reviewed & approved by our BLUE PLANT FARMS Family, at which point you'll receive a full refund for the product and shipping

costs. Please not that you will be initially responsible for shipping costs

until your Form and products have been reviewed.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to

notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify

you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will

automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment,

7-10 business days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your

refund is officially posted.

 

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund

is posted.

 

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet,

please contact us at admin@blueplantfarms.com.

 

Sale items (if applicable)

 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot

be refunded.

 

Exchanges (if applicable)

 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to

exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

admin@blueplantfarms.com.
